The Influence of Droplet Distribution Coverage and Additives on the Heat Transfer Characteristics of Spray Cooling under the Influence of Different Parameters

For the objective of enhancing heat transfer ability spray cooling, a single-nozzle open-loop cooling experiment platform was established with data measuring system. Based on surface coefficient obtained from experiment, combined visualization system to observe distribution droplets during process, influence heating power, medium flow rate, nozzle height and typical additives coverage characteristics were investigated. The criterion non-dimensional criteria equations for Nu, Re, Pr size coefficients fitted analyzed in comparison experimental data. main conclusions are as follows: considering temperature shape cone, performance can be optimized by increasing rate under high flux when changes, appropriately reducing low flux, which creates complete droplet concentration area improve capacity. Furthermore, improved 29.3%, 21.8% 23.8% different (CTAB, ethanol CTAB–ethanol mixtures) working fluid. Each solution had an optimal deterioration observed at concentrations.
